It’s still under construction so that’s not so good but the underground communication is amazing. I am waiting for more stores to open once the constructions come to an end.

I wouldnt be able to choose my energy provider and we would have to pay large sums of money for Switch2/EDF.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has not been very effective in responding to the problems or issues raised by tenants. They do however have a clear process for reporting issues and have been proactive in addressing concerns. Overall, their responsiveness has contributed to an average tenant experience.
