The design is really good, I like the modern look and sleek design, I also really like the large windows which give you an amazing view of the river, the staff are really friendly and there’s a great delivery service here where they email you to let you know your package has arrived

I really like living here, it’s in a great location, the view is great, it’s on the docs so very close to open space where I can skate, there’s a cafe downstairs, and local shops are 5 mins away.

Management

Ver well run by property management team, very friendly concierge. The only possible downside is the flats are designed without enough cupboard or storage space in the studio kitchen, but the property management team readily offers solutions like fitting in new shelves.

I lived here for 7 months and have no complaints. The Managment are on top of everything. Emails are answered promptly the place is always clean and tidy. They are also very corona safe there are hand sanitisers everywhere and mask is mandatory in public places.

Best place I’ve stayed for work. Can’t fault it at all. Would recommend this apartment block to anyone. The apartment block was very modern and stylish, also the moose cafe on the ground floor was amazing, best food and even better hot chocolate. 100% recommend
