I think the building was designed well and the furniture included is modern especially for the cost of rent. The facilities are clean and modern. It’s good that there’s a coffee shop, although I do find it can get a bit annoying when people are congregating in the foyer.
The staff are attentive and friendly and are proactive to dealing any issues quickly and effectively.
Bad – parking availability is limited and the car park is expensive, can be noisy due to a local brewery hosting music nights
Good – a few good places that can be quiet to go for a drink who also host food vendors. Sainsbury’s has just opened which has made shopping so much more convenient. Good running routes in the area and nice views.
The weather – I wasn’t expecting it to be windy all the time, makes it hard to enjoy walking around the area.
Yes, any problems or issues raised have been dealt with quickly and effectively.
The building is well designed. My flat has a balcony facing the Mersey giving ideal sea views. The property is well maintained and managed and a Facebook group is available to join for residents. The lifts are a little shabby and the screen no longer works which is a shame
The local area is great for a planning a coffee with moose coffee and bean coffee on your doorstep. It is a lovely place to exercise. Downside is it could do with a big shop such as Tesco/Sainsbury’s near by. Lots of do much on the streets near by and expensive parking.
The car park is sold out and parking next door in the multi story is pretty pricey!
They are very prompt and polite and will always be willing to help
Design and facilities are perfect for me. I have 1 suggestion for the management regarding social connections with the people living in the same building. I would suggest to create an App that allows people to interact with each other. This is very useful if someone needs any assistance, marketplace (selling/buying)
Everything is perfect for me so far except 1 thing, the grocery store. To get to the nearest grocery store, we have to walk about 10 min and we have to cross the main road. Fortunately, Local Sainburys store is opened few days ago. The store is just 1 min walk, so convenient. My 1 problem has been solved now.
On my first day, the concierge gave me the contact details of utilities providers for me to contact them for setting new account for me. I struggled a bit as I am expat and I am not familiar with the process and procedures. I wished if the management take care of that.
I have not experienced any issues yet. Generally I speak to the concierge when I need any help, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Great building in a great place on the water front. Built well and strong with thick walls so minimal noise heard between neighbours. Beautiful entrance and facilities with great staff that are friendly and welcoming. Helpful bin rooms postal boxes and two lifts.
Great location, two cafes super close and lots of parking facilities, bars and restaurants slightly further.
All flats have a good view regardless of height
All issues responded too when required. Some take longer than others
