The design of the property is extremely pleasing and aesthetic

The design of the property is extremely pleasing and aesthetic. The apartments are all extremely comfortable and well maintained and all the facilities are very accessible and easy to navigate. The management is a downfall as it is not spontaneous in its responses nor available when needed.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Some good factors are that It is near the Elizabeth line and central London is extremely accessible. There are multiple shops and food joints in walking distance which is extremely convenient. The public transport is very good in the area. Likewise there are a few negative aspects which are that it is an extremely busy and bustling area which makes it very noisy which ruins the peace and quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rates are pretty high for an apartment that doesn’t have bills included. And before renting it is not mentioned that bills aren’t included in the cost.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management were not very responsive. There were multiple problems and delays in the responses.

Fair Development, but the rent is slightly higher than other luxury developments around this area.

Regarding the development, the flat design is fair, not that luxury. In terms of facilities, it comes with a car park space. The car park security is safe, but sometime there are some non residential car parked overnight since they followed the residents and parked their car in. Property Management is not that good, but the security is nice here.

This area got 1 gym only and there are 2-3 bars and many Asian restaurants (mainly Indian and fast food)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rent charged extremely high here, when I moved in, it was £1350 per month and now they want to ask for the renewal price for £1800 per month. They increase the rent too much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For serious problem, such as lack of electricity or hot water, it normally takes about 24-48 hours to reply the message. No one can ask for help during the weekend if there is any problems happening at the weekend.

Excellent transport links

Good gym but could be bigger. Property management was a bit disappointing. Took me 5 weeks to establish my energy and hot water suppliers. They were not as responsivr as we would would have liked them to be when we moved in but have since then been easier to contact. Great parking but very very expensive. Noise

Excellent transport links and windows block most noise when closed. Tidy building and good bin collection. Quite a lot of pollution both noise and air in the area.

Noise pollution next to the train Tracks.
Really well insulated apartments

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our blinds were broken and this was fixed quickly and sorted

Good design and use of space

Flat itself is spacious showing good design and use of space. Not many additional facilities available. Building management is average. Appliances are cheap and don’t really perform to a great standard such as the dishwasher. The bed itself also seems cheap and is not very comfortable.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good location with regard to public transport. Nearby gym which is easily accessible. Slight issue with the noise levels as the train station is nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flat is quite noisy as it’s near the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No response to a leaking tap after it had been reported.
