The area is brilliant couldnt think of anywhere better to live.

This area is absolutely amazing for the transport especially into central London as it literally takes 15 minutes from the train which is a 1 minute walk from the building, the shopping facilities are amazing you can get everything you want and need within minutes of your doorstep, there is a Tesco 1 minute walk away the Wetherspoons pub is across the traffic lights and the cinema is a 3 minute walk away, the only downside is that the apartments aren’t the biggest but they are very practical if you are living alone the facilities inside the property are beautiful and designed very well, i like the functionality of it all. There is parking at the rear of the property as well as the front so i don’t think there is any issues with that at all.

The things i like abput this area are how amazingly close the transport is to the building, things i dislike about this area is the lack of sunlight to the building.

Only thing i wish i had known would have to be the lack of sun that reaches the building due to the building in front.

Transports are good

Property is spacious enough its really conveniently placed as its right next to the centre of bromley and train line, everything is close enough to get shopping in the area as everything is local within a couple of minutes walking distance, travel to central is good takes around 15 minute, could do with more green areas in the park but cant really complain too much as there is other things to do in the area like the cinema and restaurants are minutes away.

Good area to live as a whole

1 bed spacious and fits me and my partner. Easy to furnish and and hang portraits. The building management are good and the apartments are family friendly and suitable to each and every family types considering living here. Parking is the only negative about the area

Shops are near to the station and everything is nearby. Transport is good and there is a good sense of communuty in the area.

Good area to live

One bedroom apartment which suits me well and the building management here is good, all problems sorted out within 24 hours. Good sense of community and the design of building is very nice. Shops are not the best for clothes or big shopping trips but other than that, not a bad word to say about the development.

Okay but the council flats on the other side of the area is not ideal but the transpirt is good to work amd central london
