Great and convenient place

Great development, excellent furnishing and finishings, all modern and 10 min walk from Clapham Junction. Excellent concierge services, gym and meeting rooms available for residents. River is a 2 min walk. Transport links can be a bit better, but overall all good

Many shops and restaurants around. 10 min from clapham junction. Not the most convenient in terms of commute, but place is worth it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we asked the property managers for a few changes in the flat and they have been very quick

It’s good in terms of price/location.

It’s good in terms of price/location. Design is modern and nice, but we don’t have many facilities available.
The property management has been average/below average so far.
We have experiences weeks with no hot water and it was not sorted on time. Hence would appreciate if this was improved

There is little amount of local shops available (closest supermarket is 15 minutes walk). We mostly have to rely on online shopping. Little entertainment available too. Closest pub is also 15 minutes walk

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Heard so many times people in the neighbourhood getting robbed. So would appreciate if action was taken

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At the beginning it was quite quick (my fridge broke down and they came the day after) but afterwards for emergency, it was just so slow

Nice development in the Clapham junction area

Development is pretty nice and recently built, it includes a gym, a conference room, workstation, an internal garden and 24h reception. Parking is there as well as bicycle storage. Design of the building is pretty nice and very high end, including furniture in the flats

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good developing area, lots of supermarkets nearby and very close to Clapham junction and northcote road (with lots of restaurants in a 10/15m radius). Unfortunately apart from the train and a few buses there is little connection

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Helicopters could be a little bit noisy at times, although the double glazing does its job

Unfortunately there have been several delays with the works carried out in my flats

Our sweet home

The development has roof gardens, internal courtyard and well kept flowers. The majority of communal areas are kept clean but due to people moving in over the past few weeks some walls need to be repainted. We don’t have any major snagging issues. Overall content.

Redrow has built a beautiful building, some facilities could be better but the ideal location makes it worth it!

That building works would be taking place directly next door

Yes. – issues are effectively handled within a timely manner.
