The development is lovely looking and the houses are well designed, both giving a feeling of space. The access road has been blocked paved, which is a super feature. The house design also makes a nod to the ‘style’ of houses in Cumbria ie having a colour around the windows!
Wigton has everything you could need on your doorstep and is only a short stroll from the development. For anything larger, there is Carlisle, a mere 15 minutes by car or with accessible bus and train links, too.
Record how the services work. Normally shown on the day you get the keys but, probably, not in the right mindset to hear how things work!
The downstairs is open plan, light and airy. Upstairs, the use of a pocket door for the en-suite bathroom is a great feature and a good use of space. There’s also a well proportioned garden.
Three bed semis are a great design with plenty of useful storage areas and a large hall rather than walking straight in to lounge or kitchen. Building and fittings are of decent quality although paint work a lot to be desired, a year in and still waiting for road pavements and grease verges to be finished l.
Great variety of local shops and major retail park within walking distance, frequent buses into Hull but none to Beverley which is disappointing, majority of houses have a good amount of parking which make a change from other builders!

Fabulous design homes in a good location close to all amenities and future parks. Modern development & good planning. High ceilings, big windows, wide light hallways throughout the property. Good size gardens and plenty of space for parking. Good value.
Perfect place for families, has shops and amenities nearby, schools, nurseries, swimming pool, cinema.

up to now problems with house have been resolved,we had quite a large amount of cracks in the house,but
they have repaired most of them.only outstanding repair weather board in alcove at front door needs repainting due to chemical reaction.
location very good, shops and transport,both bus and trains near to development.
be quite firm with sales rep,about what you need.
not badly designed quite well insulated and good location.
