Its nice overall the buildings are beautiful nice and clean nothing to worry about perfect systems inside gas water and gatden look pretty nice design inside as well outside 2parking spaces which is verry good for the tenants verry good new houses thanks

Overall the design of the development is practically perfect for myself. It’s not too big, or small, and the high ceilings add so much more space to the rooms. The walls are relatively thick too, so there’s not really any chance of disturbing neighbours which is a plus!
The area is extremely nice, and considering part of the development is still being built it’s relatively quiet.
I wish I had known of the efficiency of the aftercare team
The best feature has to be the high ceilings. They add a lot of character!
we bought new build for the first time – we were hoping that the delivery of our new home would be smooth and stress free. Persona sales promised us everything would be great with Aftercare being excellent – how we were mis-sold that one!! Wish we had never bought from Persona.
Kingswood is a very upcoming area – lots of shops and good for transport links – decent schools too here
That they lied to us about how we would be looked after – terrible service.

Easy sales process and great quality in side.- after sale could do with a little improvement- no sense of urgency sometimes. Design inside is spacious and well layed out. The building itself overall is really nice and the facilities supplied are high spec
Built in a really nice, quiet area with next to no noise. Plenty of shops and schools around. No anti-social behaviour
I would recommend looking at the garden and turf quality. Have been pretty disappointed with that
I would say something really small but makes a big difference- the bigger skirting boards
