Building design excellent well insulated high standards of finish.Delayed community hub is disappointing but good residents association. Grounds well maintained .the gates have been very problematic.propery management is good

Design is excellent exactly what I was looking for.Location as well is very good.Building management is very good and property management is very good as well.I am very pleased with the quality of the house materials and defects are fixed very quickly after contacting the customer service team

Although the exterior of the development is not very attractive, the interiors are very nice and good quality finishes , I would like to see more green space possibly with benches
Coming from large homes in SA I find it difficult to get used to homes overlooking each other

The only thing that wasn’t good the was the sales department , they were rude and not helpful other than that every thing is good, we have a lovely design of houses that not common in the uk and that gives the area special character, and because it’s near the A2 it makes it easier for people who travel every day.
