As a first home, it is perfect. An upstairs and downstairs loo is helpful with a little one. The developer has been very helpful for us when we have had issues with the house. They also arrived promptly after we had moved in to lay the lawn in our back garden.

We like where we live. The roads are very quiet, and our little ones nursery is right round the corner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we knew that buses and transport out of Verwood are not as frequent as we had thought.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The developer has been very responsive to issues we have had.

Great locating and always helpful in the site office , love the design and layout , well insulated and a pleasure to live in , would definitely recommend to my friends and would definitely buy another property from these developers , love the landscaping and parking

Internally the build design and quality is excellent, but the exterior landscaping design and quality on our plot, as well as across the site was poor.
Customer service was not great when we did have issues but eventually all resolved.
Particular issues with drainage.
