About PA Housing

There were some issues with bin collection earlier on, and there have been nearly a half-dozen times where the lift has been unavailable. All but one of those times the repair was complete within three days. My partner uses a wheelchair and requires the lift to come visit me so it was a bit of a pain.

I currently have two issues with the facility, which would be that the gate for cars is to open using the app
The other issue is that the window and sliding door in my flat have minor drafts.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The connections to public transport in this area are phenomenal, bus, train and tube are all easily accessed
Traffic noise is incredibly quiet, except for the occasional fire engine (there’s a fire station less than two minutes away)
Parking availability is phenomenal
There’s a supermarket within five minutes walk, and new Moulden town is 10 minutes walk away, so everything is accessible.

Before moving in, be sure to check for drafts as my other neighbours have mentioned similar issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have been very responsive when it came to issues 9 out of 10 times.

First of all most important thing is for good living is easy access to shops, bus stop , hospitals and etc.

I am very pleased to say that PA housing development is successfully provided that to they residents.
These flats are very near by to bus stops and local shops.
Hospital and GP are also very close to my resident.
For me plus point is the mosque its also very close to my building.
Parking is available for residential purposes.
Very easy access to go out and come in to the building.
Very good atmosphere anc friendly neighbours.
Overall very happy with PA housing.

Everything is very good.

I love where I moved because everything is local I can get to most places with just the one journey even with my work very conveniently situated. Very spacious and unique design this is my first proper home and my little ones first bedroom and it’s perfect I couldn’t ask for a better first home.

Just waiting time to move in to property.

This is on very good location near A3, New malden high street is on 5 minutes walk, most big stores are nearby eg tesco, b&q, Currys etc.
Parking bays are not enough accordingly. Bin collection wasn’t good initially but now collecting every week.

I live on first floor, as I have 2 children who run around and play, which sometimes annoys to ground floor tanent.
