The development is supposed to have a gym that has not even yet been built as it was promised. There is some noise from neighbours, the facilities management is quite poor and not as expected from a premium development. Issues are not always followed up, appointments for fixing things are missed and sometimes there is hardly any notice if they come to fix something.

My apartment is truly exceptional – a perfect blend of modern design and meticulous finishing. The contemporary furnishings add a touch of luxury to the living space. The location is a gem, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants offering diverse cuisines, making every dining experience an adventure. The apartment’s amenities, from high-end appliances to thoughtful touches, elevate the overall living experience. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a haven that combines style with convenience, creating a truly remarkable home.

There is a lot of people in the reception which is good if you have any questions, issues, etc.
The apartments are quite new and overall quality is good. Pets can live in the apartments which is a plus if you have pets, but also note that you might get an apartment where a pet lived and thus you will need to ensure proper cleaning is done. The top floor has a rooftop available to tenants which is quite beautiful and convenient. Sometimes management will host parties there that everyone can attend. Gym is also good. Overall very happy with the organization and availability of the buildling’s management.
