Decent area

I would say that overall, this development is 3 star. There’s a lot of positives but some negatives around the area.
For example, it has a good vibe, everyone is really friendly. It is close by transportation like the train station and busses nearby.

Shopping centre needs to be changed, revamped and made brand new.

Excellent location with a huge but

The site is generally good, good location that has convenient transport links. The building finishing is well done to a decent standard..

The shortfall is the property agent, R&R, has been disappointing on many fronts. The annual service charge for maintenance is 60% more than the sales materials, which translates to >1.5k expenditure. All complaints have been ignored, and the developer EcoWorld, completely aware has let it happen.

So the negatives have far outweigh the positives.

Conveniently located, love my apartment

The development is nicely built. It’s fairly attractive and I love my apartment. I get a nice balcony and it’s nice and spacious, definitely a really comfortable place to come back to. It’s also conveniently located by the train station.

It’s conveniently located by the train station. There’s also Blackheath and Greenwich nearby as well as Lewisham so you have all the amenities. Unfortunately police cars can be quite noisy but you get used to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The moving in process was quite straightforward. I would let someone moving in know that there are new developments like a gym nearby coming up which is nice for the area.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wish the development had a gym included in the building.

Nice apartment

I find the development to be perfect. The building is of a good quality and I am content with my apartment. The train station is very close by and there is a bus stop just outside which is a big positive.

I like that the train station is nearby but it can be noisy in the area because of it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The moving in process with documentation is quite long but straightforward.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wouldn’t change anything about my apartment except maybe the cost but it’s a nice place.
