Strata, by Multiplex, is a 43-storey high-rise in Elephant & Castle. Soaring to 148 metres-high, it’s been nicknamed ‘The Razor’ thanks to its unusually shaped summit. It was the tallest residential building in South London when it was built, and the first building to have wind turbines incorporated in its design. Strata houses 408 apartments including a selection of luxurious penthouses.
“Is a nice place, staff are friendly and the building is designed well. The only problem is that it gets far too hot – the glass windows (especially facing south) lead to overheating even in winter. The heating system in the tower also contributes to this heat.
