Decent designed houses to fit into a popular village location, modern cottage style houses with smaller cream windows and deep red brick.
Facilities include electric car charging area and parcel storage but other than that not much else.
Building management has been average, sending workmen at early hours of the morning with no prior warning. The roads, whilst I appreciate it’s a building site, are absolutely awful and I’m sure have started to negatively impact the suspension and tyres on my car.
No property management as we live in a semi-detached house and not an apartment block.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Lovely to be apart of the village. Nice pubs and co-op & lots of local corner shops. No takeaways other than fish and chips available close by, not many parks or places to walk the dog away from the roads.
Unsure of public transport links but even so we are so far out of the village that I don’t think I’ve seen a bus service our area. Voi scooters don’t service us either as we are outside of the Northampton boundary. Ability to drive or pay for taxis is a requirement for transport.
No traffic noise or anti-social behaviour, parking is okay provided people utilise their drives. A lot of people down our street park in the road which is frustrating.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Large parking area in part of the estate and playing fields which, as of only recently, been declared they’re going to be owned by Moulton FC and not accessible to local residents.
What is the best feature of your home:
love the way the house looks on the outside very modern with a cottage feel.
Best feature is definitely the stunning kitchen and dining space.
