MHA London reviews

“The development looks lovely from the outside, with a pretty secluded courtyard that is shielded from the noise from The Highway. Generally speaking, live at Sovereign Court is not too bad, with reasonably well-behaved neighbours and friendly and functional concierges.” Anon, verified resident at Sovereign Court

Flat in a great location: tucked away off a busy road

The concierge is good and they are friendly as well. The management is all done by the same guys and if you need anything it’s done the next day. The manual that comes with the flat can be confusing but they’re happy to help. The flat came furnished and was all nicely done.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s easy for public transport and driving as well since it’s next to a good road. The parking is great and secure.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything, it’s all been good so far.

What is the best feature of your home:

There is a big bath tub which is great (I’m a tall person so this is a bonus).

Peaceful development

The flat is a decent size (bigger than other places I’ve lived in London). The concierge are super friendly and whenever I have a question they sort it quickly. The same can be said for the for management

The main trash area is slightly far from my flat but this is not a huge problem.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the transport links- the overground is very close so this is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did a lot of research so I knew what I was getting into.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I really can’t complain about the development here!

Well managed development and good transport links

It is a well managed development. As far as the facilities are concerned, we have concierge desk and maintenance inside. There is a car park and bike store too but I don’t use that. My flat is spacious and bright inside. Aesthetically pleasing as well.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It is a fairly peaceful area with good transport links. Shadwell station is just around the corner. Wapping is at the other side, just 7 minutes walk away from here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you use the car park for your guests outside you will get fined. In the past we had to pay extra for visitor parking and I disliked that.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded fairly quickly. We had issues with the windows in our flat before and they resolved them within a week.

Can’t wait for the construction to end

It’s a very quiet residential building. Though they are currently undergoing construction work.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s a bit difficult to park since the building is on a double red line. So movin in was a nightmare.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the fire alarm is ultra sensitive. Which is a good thing, but also quite annoying.
