the design is just wonderful, the structure of the building and the way it has been built is just an art!, even the division of the rooms in the flat is just on point, no words can describe also how impressed I am with the location and views! I would recommend it to every one!

Property management takes long a while to fix issues. Reported issue with my window in May and still not been fixed almost 8 months later. Not many facilities but appreciate the concierge who are kind enough to accept and store resident parcels. Building design is excellent allowing plenty of light into the apartments
Close to the city centre and James Street train station. Only 10 minute walk and you are in the city centre.
Would be good to get to know neighbours prior to moving in
There is excellent views of the docks and the River Mersey.
The design of the building exterior is slightly dated but I love the modern interior of our flat which complement the amazing views of both the city and river. Our main concierge Tom is an asset to the company he works for and is always extremely helpful. The building management don’t seem particularly helpful when you have issues which after 5 years of living here can get irritating but overall they are ok.
Water views, distance to city centre, peacefulness. I like how it is close to town but far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.
The winds outside can be horrific but once you’re walking further down the front it’s fine. Students come and go and sometimes the music and sounds on the corridor in the middle of the night can be unbearable but the flat overall makes up for it.
Fine sometimes but most of the times we try to resolve our issues ourselves.
A distinctive design on the skyline of Liverpool, especially so in the night sky with its slanted “lipstick” profile with two red lights. The closest residential tower to the riverside with the sound of high tide reaching your bedroom on the nights. 24 hr concierge service with fantastic staff.
Perfect setting beside the expanse of the river with city views. All the benefits of city centre amenities, both cultural & recreational, with a feeling of being on the coast.
That it can get very windy on the waterfront…….
