The building it’s self is in a prime area of liverpool. The views are amazing from my appartment here. The concierge staff are really nice here. Almost everything in this building is spot on, the lifts are just a major let down. 1/2 car park lifts are almost always not working, currently, the left car lift has been broke for the last 4 weeks. The lifts inside the building also break a lot with maintenance doing poor jobs on them, not thinking about the long term too much. Otherwise, the building is spot on.
I have a parking space at Alexandra tower. The car lifts are always breaking and we have been down to 1 lift for the last 4 weeks. Also problems with the lifts in the main building, breaking often.
I wish I had known about how poor the lifts are here, I would have still moved here though.
The view is definitely the best feature of our home.
Great concierge team. Friendly and helpful. Cleaner does a great job.
Great location. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants cinemas etc.
Building management and upkeep is really poor.
Post collection is really useful, bin collections regular and reliable.

Living City. Absolutely useless. Many apartments have serious leaks from exterior windows and doors, these have not been fixed for over 2 years. Water literally pours into apartments.
Car lifts break regularly trapping residents cars either in or out of the building.
Had to wait months to be reimbursed after having to move out for two days as water was turned off. Repeatedly lied to by management about delays to payments.
Issues with maintenance being carried out. Many flats have windows which cannot open due to damage, this has not been fixed in nearly a year.
Car lifts are out of service too often and cannot be relied upon.
Concierge team are excellent, really knowledgeable and helpful.

No action taken to fix issues with windows. TV system is poor.
the design is just wonderful, the structure of the building and the way it has been built is just an art!, even the division of the rooms in the flat is just on point, no words can describe also how impressed I am with the location and views! I would recommend it to every one!

I wish I have known this fish restaurant underneath our building ! so I could have eaten from way before haha!
