Paddington Gardens is a centrally located Meritas Real Estate property in London’s Paddington. It’s part of the area’s ongoing transformation, and is set to complete in autumn 2019.
“A not unattractive series of blocks under construction along North Wharf Road, part of the Paddington regeneration scheme that’s finally starting to come into its own. On a sunny day the cafes and bars fronting the canal are small-scale and appealing. The area isn’t huge – it’s a canal, not the Thames – but a fair amount of residential, office and retail has certainly been packed in. The Paddington Gardens development does not front the canal – hence the reference in the glossy brochure to ‘beautiful landscaped gardens’ – and the A40 runs down the back.
