I have had no concerns with the property management. I didn’t buy the house new, I’m currently the second person to own the property. Nevertheless I’ve has no issues the the building, facilities or management. It truly feels like you’re living as part of a lovely community.

House is well designed overall,plenty of plug sockets,really decent wet room downstairs.Our staircase is very wide and is straight so could take a stairlift if needed in the future so the house could easily be your forever home.Our front door was sticking but was soon sorted out when we mentioned it

The property design is great and just what we are looking for. We were very lucky with our plot and it has everything we were looking for with enough outside land front and rear. Llanmoor have been very intensive to our needs and as soon as a problem (which there hasn’t been many) arises they can’t do enough to fix as quickly as possible

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The development is out the way enough to be really quiet and peaceful but still within walking distance to shops and schools etc. The street is lovely and quiet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rear garden top soil would be full of weed seeds and rocks. this has made getting a nice lawn almost impossible

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the fact out home has a shared drive way between just 2 houses. It’s off the road with just a footpath and stream in front. This enables us to have a lot of parkings and a large front lawn

Management

We love living here. The whole process from buying to moving was made clear from the sales team. The house is prefect and even 2 years on I notice small things that make life easier living here for example the fact the hoover fits around the toilet and there is ample room and storage solutions here.
