Private built houses are lovely, however had we known the amount of social housing which was to be built we may have looked elsewhere. So far amenities are poor with only one commercial unit occupied by Sainsburys. The area around the shop is in desperate need of a bin. Overall however, we love our home and the location – woodland walks on our doorstep and not too far from the city.

Design of the street road can be a bit confusing for first time driving into the area. We have gym near by starbucks . Lots a new houses are still being built so construction vehicles comes alot. Building nd property management is very good always. Always up to date.
So far very happy to move in to the area.

Some outer walls need to be replaced, houses are well designed although delivery drivers and friends and family visiting often struggle to find the address as streets are like a rabbit warren. Easy access to shops and business’. Factoring fees are slightly high- there is real work carried out in our street which requires such funds.

Property design for my building type could be better. The master bedroom is particularly small but then again we saw this during the viewing and before purchasing the property.
I have not seen property management working in the area even though we pay for it.
