Great location

The location is great, really nice views. The flats from this development are also good value for money in my opinion.
The flats are really modern, with underfloor heating, really good double glazing windows, a built-in ventilation system, etc.
Some of the buildings are too close together though and in general there are too many developments for the size of the area.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Mill Hill East is a lovely quiet area. There are lots of green spaces and amazing views. However, there are very few restaurants and pubs here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Living in a modern flat has a lot of advantages compared to an old house. Some of these we noticed only after having lived in one.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In general they have tried to fix issues as soon as possible but the execution has been poor at times. It can take a while to have things fixed and contractors haven’t shown up for appointments on quite a few occasions

The development is nice and one of the nicest

The development is nice and one of the nicest, if not the nicest, of the whole Millbrook Park. I particularly like the positioning next to the Panoramic Park. The courtyard is also very pleasant. The surroundings of the development at the top of the hill are really very nice

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Millbrook Park is a lovely place to live, I particularly enjoy the proximity to the Tube station with proximity also to nature like the nature reserves and abundance of green land between Mill Hill Village and Totteridge.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been aware of the some of the shortcuts the developers would undertake before moving in to be prepared

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some things have been fine but others they have simply not engaged in like the unfinished car park

Fantastic place to live, lots of care and attention has been given to the design

The development is fantastic, lots of greenery and walks around with a country living feel. Spacious design to the flat makes living in a 1 bed flat no concern for us at all, despite being a concern before we moved in. The amount of storage space has also meant we have created our own office in addition to the other rooms

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The local area is a pleasure to be living in. There is a very nice community feel whilst being on a tube line with access to central
London

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known, or know now, what the commercial outlets will be in the plaza

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to all issue and been helpful

Good location and green areas

Good design and a nice panoramic park. Mainstay are not great, lack of transparency and poor admin. There is a estate charge they still charge, even for freehold properties of around £800 a year. It’s been a year and I still haven’t been on boarded onto their portal

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Not many local shops around but there is expected to be a coffee shop in the plaza development. Transport links seem a bit poor in terms of frequency of northern line from Mill Hill East. Bin collection staff are very temperamental, they claim the collect cardboards 1mx1m if left between bins, but often they don’t. Street is quiet and haven’t seen much anti-social behaviour

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Water pressure boosters

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I reached out to them to obvias me to their portal and this is still outstanding after 12 months
