Avoid this company at all costs

Take note of every bad review and red flag you see about this development company (and each of their subsidiaries and sister companies). They are conmen who take advantage of first time buyers with schemes like Help to Buy, and the process of constructing new build developments that the council only need to sign off proposed plans for.

They cut corners wherever possible with unqualified labourers and cheap materials. Their finished homes are unsafe and unliveable and would never pass building control sign off.

Our homes do not have any insulation, sound proofing or fire stopping measures. They are freezing cold, damp, and leaking, with roofs caving in, dodgy electrical works, and insufficient drainage systems.

Ourselves and our neighbours have spent the past 1.5+ years trying to get them to remedy serious defects and they will try every underhand tactic possible to shirk responsibility. Including sending unknown men to our homes to harass and intimidate us and do the same to third-party companies who are brought in to carry out assessments and report on serious defects.

Avoid this company and their shoddy developments at all costs, they’re a bunch of crooks.

Walthamstow is lovely but the company and their developments are horrendous. Don’t let the desire to live in a nice area hoodwink you into purchasing a property with IPE.

I wish I took note of more of their terrible reviews and avoided IPE like the plague.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ourselves and our neighbours have spent the past 1.5 trying to get them to remedy serious defects and they will try every underhand tactic possible to shirk responsibility. Including sending unknown men to our homes to harass and intimidate us and do the same to third-party companies who are brought in to carry out assessments and report on serious defects.

Nice flats in the heart of Earlsfield

The development overall is very nice, nice flats and quiet area. There is room for private car parking and a bike storage.
The only bad aspect was the developer and his/her poor/slow help for addressing the snags.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is perfect for families or professionals. Close to different hotspots. 10 min to Wandsworth and Clapham, 2 minutes from the train station in Earlsfield. There is a friendly farmer market every Saturday morning and Wimbledon park is 15 min walk distant.

I would have checked parking rules first

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded but very slowly. They are finally managing everything better after a few months

Amazing development in central London

Fabulous development, I love the design and roof top! I can see that the developer and its team have made everything to make beautiful homes and its clients happy.

Kelly (the after sales manager) has been very responsive and friendly.

The property is very close to the City so I can just walk or cycle to work.

The development is very central with all amenities around the corner.

Nothing special. I visited outside the building and area before I reserved the flat

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The snagging issues have been fixed in a timely manner.

Poor management company

Really poor management company, really slow to address any issues, area isn’t great either.
