InReach Living reviews

“From even before we moved into our flats we were made to feel welcome. The staff are super friendly, always say hello and are very helpful if we have a question. The public spaces within the apartment block is kept very clean and it has never felt dirty in the year we have lived here.

The flats are in an amazing location, close to the city centre and make everything that we need easily accessible. They are also well designed and felt very homely as soon as we moved in.” Verified resident, Embankment

Beautiful apartment. Friendly staff. Safe.

The one-bedroom flat I live in is beautiful and practical. Staff at Embankment are polite and helpful, no matter the issue. In terms of furniture, I would have like to have had a full-size sofa and larger fridge/freezer, similar to the two-bedroom apartments. I have always felt safe at Embankment and also feel that my car is safe being parked here. The biggest factor which would tempt me to look for somewhere else to live would be the noise from the road. However, this is expected from a city centre apartment.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Embankment is within walking distance of everything Birmingham city centre has to offer. I will regularly walk into Brindley Place for food and also into The Bull Ring for general shopping. Even though I have never used it there is a bus stop directly outside the apartments. The biggest negative about this location and something I didn’t realise before I moved in is how busy and noisy the road in front of the apartments is at all hours, this is heightened when there is an event on at Arena Birmingham. I hope the road will become quieter once Broad Street is hopefully open again.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Personally, I would have chosen a flat at the rear of the building which is quieter than the front.

Close to Brindley place and the Birmingham arena. Shop restaurants and cinemas

Road works in Birmingham can make it tricky to navigate around when new to the city. Good access and less disruption form this buildings location makes it an ideal choice for commuting

Love the building, just needs more security

The staff and services provided at Embankment are phenomenal. The flat is gorgeous and was pristine when we moved in. The only thing I that I’d improve it having 24hr security on the weekends.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is just outside of Brindley place and very accessible to town. Perfect for a young professional!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the 24hr security was kept. We used to have it and it’s now been disbanded.

Nothing is too much trouble.

The whole process of moving in and settling in is seamless. The team are fantastic and nothing is ever too much trouble. When small issues arise they are always quickly resolved.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good location for work & social, however it is on the corner of a busy junction near the Birmingham arena. Traffic is frequent even into the late hours. Also gets busy around events at the local Arena. The introduction of a camera enforcement lane on Shepcote St has reduced some traffic. The apartment windows have excellent sound insulation but some does get through.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise how important having on site staff would be. Having a presence there that sorts issues, deliveries is invaluable.
