Building design is good but flat could have a bigger kitchen and living room.

Building design is good but flat could have a bigger kitchen and living room. Facilities are good and we can buy stuff and receive it from the receptionist which is another great value and we have not have issues with property management, they are always coming for maintenance.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Not many gyms are available and the only one good is located at Westfield which is 25 minutes walking. Also parks available in area are not that good so we are always going to different locations to enjoy a good park. There is no parking in the building which makes us think on changing to a different property in a near future in addition to traffic noise which is terrible we have to leave all windows closed during all day, everyday, despite the building works noise as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Definitely the noise around the building could make us taking a different decision.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Majority of issues were solved although we have raised an issue which is pending for months and none has come to solve it. Overall is good.

Good place to live central location

Great location, close to train, post office, Westfield shopping centre, 24 hour concierge and on site maintenance team. Can walk to Holland Park in half hour, it is facing the motorway but noise is minimal. Friendly team on reception that always happy to help tenants

Good location for restraunt at Westfield shopping centre and late night shopping. There is resident or paid parking which is limited, there is a bin and bike store

Some issues with moving in at first as you get with any new build, now lived there two years all resolved

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and effectively resolved any issues with flat

You know my roof is keeping leaking.

You know my roof is keeping leaking. Maybe you should pay more attention on the building quality checking. To be honest, you should build a gym inside the building. This building really need a gym. If it is possible, a swimming pool is also a good idea.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The flat is quite far away from central. If we want to go to the soho, it takes more than 30 mins. But it is close to Westfield. So I can’t complain too much.

There is no gym inside the building and there is no any gym near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are really good team. You know they are trying their best.

Good place to live. Modern building

This building is very well made and recent. Everyone in concierge is amazing. everything is always very well maintained. The design of the building is very fresh and clean an so are the flats. The flats have big windows offering good lightning. Heating available on all divisions.

Tesco is couple of minutes away.
Central and Hammersmith and city / circle lines and Westfield shopping centre and bars are 10 min away.

Good weather and sound isolation

Any problem or issue was resolved in a fast and efficient manner.
