Good Flats, Good Management Company
The new management company are very good, they charge a higher rent but goes to show where the money is being spent, it looks like they have spent loads of money improving the building. They have told me they are doing refurbishments to the interior and exterior

Loads of Good shops and good transport,
parking availability (Yes) bin collections, (Yes Wenesday) anti-social behaviour (None) & traffic noise (Minimal)

Ask about the rules in the building and how they operate with repairs
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes They sometimes take some time but very reasonable with the repairs
