The building facilities are great and provides an excellent social atmosphere. It is easy to meet new people and have social gatherings in the communal area. Communal area is a nice place to work as well with access to fast Internet and private rooms.
Cons :In the neighbourhood there aren’t many good shops but great shops do exist a little further away, no great public parks nearby. It is noisy if you open the windows but sound and heat insulation is great .
Pros: right next to a tube station which has overground and bakerloo access.
Building didn’t have a council tax band assigned to it in the beginning and an incorrect band was assigned. It is fixed for me now but Please check the council band before moving in.
I have never had any issues with the flat. The building had few issues which were resolved by the management.
Poor . I had leakage coming from studio above, was difficult to have my room as clean as it was, the job was just to cover quickly, no quality. The people looked like they had no clue what they were doing and they took their time talking to each other rather than fixing my problems.
It was okay. A few corner shops and barbers here and then. Overall it was good enough to live in the area
I wished to have more people moved in before me,so I can review the comments. I read it while I was there, too late for me.
Slowly and poor quality of the issues that I addressed.
Extremely slow to replies and email, as soon as you give them your money they do not seem to care and answer to your emails. But when its about asking you for money they are on you 24/7. Unacceptable
The building looks great after the renovations. Outdoor area is quite spacious. Inside the ground floor has fantastic area for people to chill and work as well as the coffee place. The consierge staff are mostly good with few exceptions. There’s also a hair salon on site which is good but somewhat expensive.
Good facilities in the building. There were some faults in the flats such as faulty AC, etc but have been mostly rectified. It is a dog friendly building which is nice to see.
Coffee area is surprisingly good for both working and just reading a book. Gym doesn’t get as busy as I thought it would.
Fixing the AC took a lot longer than expected, seemed to be an issue across the entire building.
The flats are really well designed, and the aspects are of high level. The concierge and maintenance team are really attentive and pleasant to communicate with.
There are communicatee events every so often which is a great opportunity to meat your neighbours and make friends.
Great area, very close to Wembley stadium which is great if you like sports or music events!
A couple of corner shops and post office on the high street
The south side gets a lot of sun which is really nice and warm
There is an app to communicate with the property team which is really easy and useful for any issue.
