“I’ve lived here for 6 years. Everyone I meet is very friendly. The building seems pretty quiet – although people have parties the sound doesn’t travel too much. The views are great the higher the floor, especially if you are an Arsenal fan! The communal areas sometimes have too much litter but the cleaner is good and the guy who manages the building is always on the case, very efficient, and keeps us updated if any issues arise.
