Great development, high specification and quality worksmanship throughout. Would definitely recommend this Development and Developer. Car parking undercroft, really close to the station, which has great connectivity, and close to Westfield shopping centre.

Fantastic area, great location, near the Westfield shopping centre and Victoria Park. Lots of local shops and restaurants too.

Just how good the location was! Really close to the station.

Specification and neighbours. Everyone is really friendly.

Great Location, Great Property, Would buy again!

The design is very modern and has been admired by a lot of people who have visited. The lifts in the building could be faster and the bike storage facilities could be more secure/more available. At the moment I’m having to keep my bike on the balcony as there isn’t enough space. The bin stores could do with some work, the door intermittently works and feels like it gets filled up incredibly quickly. With that all said, issues do get dealt with eventually.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Really good access to Clissold Park and public transport. Whilst there aren’t any restaurants in the close vicinity, there are some great restaurants on Church Street that are a short walk through the park – although in the Winter the park closes a bit earlier so you have to take the longer way round. There is no parking space available, however there is good parking on Lordship Park road on the weekends (when there isn’t an Arsenal match on) or on the weekdays after 6:30pm. There is quite a bit of noise from the road and sirens, but that’s to be expected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the only bike storage available was in the courtyard and is used by other buildings.

What is the best feature of your home:

The fact we have a communal boiler is a great feature, as we don’t have to worry about the boiler packing up in the winter and that that this is well maintained. Haven’t tried the heating yet – but I think I will be soon with this weather.

Private E17 Walthamstow Apartment

Plain, build a balcony above someone else bedroom, thats just silly and toilet internally, you cant change the seats if broken because you have to crack the walls /tiles before you get to the problem which costs you a fortune if not. not much of a divide between being private and council and so many antisocial behaviour to abuse of using the bins and dumping their stuff to us even from private houses owners.
We have lots of foxes making noise every night and worst off not much a garden to sit, lifts used to break down often and carpark abuse with ppl keeping breaking the ballards or parking from outside cars because parking is limited as the councils refusing to build gates for our safety thinking it is not necessary but we paying so much maintenance fees for just cleaning? nothing much to look forward to this building
We cant even fine the ppl who illegal park as they know they wont get caught in time by the external company.

Lots of local shops and some high street brands with cinemas and easy convenience of the malls – great location and 7 mins walk to the tube or less than that if you are a fast walker. Lots of banks with most brands around and a library which is convenient.
The bird sanctuary wild life is just a walk away which is also convenient and many great alleys with unique places like Gods junkyard and all

Dislike; Anti social behaviour, lots of the council flats in front of us dont intergrate well. Abuse of carpark, not a variety of nationalities enough, lots of eastern europeans clusters

wish i knew all the anti social behaviour that this area had before i moved in

Quick and better, prompt update than previously. Used to shuffle from one problem to another

Quiet and beautiful

My apartment is built with strong sturdy materials. We have a large Balcony and terrace which provides great lighting.
Unfortunately the Materials used on the ceiling are metal so can be noisy.
Heating system is for all the flats is very expensive.

24hour service good.

Enchanting building in fantastic location

Property management is good , design of building is lovely although cleaning the highest gutters are not accessible from the roof so need for expensive cherry pickers . Property management is excellent and everything is well kept to the highest standard .
Gardens are well looked after and having access to a secret garden is our bonus .

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Best location in Chigwell , under a minute to the train station , abundance of coffee shops , beauty salons , eateries and groceries plus clothes boutiques all within a few minutes walk . Bring on a main road you do hear traffic and the school kids walking past as it’s their main route . Bins have had periods where they haven’t been collected but overall good service .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having to fill the water tank manually is a design fault which I’ve never had to do in any property I have owned.
Latent defects that arise . Sound proofing is lame . Most complaints in the buildings are of noise from neighbours just walking and closing doors . Hearing washer/dryers running .

What is the best feature of your home:

The space and size of property , nice views all round . Modern and good quality fittings and fixtures .
