Helical reviews

“Barts Square has a prime EC1 setting on Bartholomew Close, just a short walk from the City and a duo of stations – Barbican and Farringdon. This mixed-use development has been designed as a tucked-away ‘quarter’ in its own right, with apartments spread across a handful of buildings that nod to the capital’s industrial past. Covering 3.2 acres in total, it’s made up of immaculate pathways, office space, and design-led shared spaces for residents to mingle in.” – HomeViews Property Pro on Barts Square

Perfect location for the central London

Fantastic location. If you living in the centre of the city, it is the perfect spot. Nice and clean, hidden from the main roads and busy high streets noise.
High quality facilities available for the residents. Cinema and a Dining Room provide that much needed options to change your environment.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Absolutely fantastic location. Perfect public transport access to anywhere in London. It can get a bit noisy because of the restaurants and pubs around.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Furniture was not as high quality as the overall apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn’t really had any actual problems with the apartment.

Top development in Central London

Really good design – especially compared to other developments in London. Common facilities are also a good advantage (common room / cinema room) – although a gym is missing.

Interior of the flats is also quite high standard – incl. top notch kitchen appliances from Miele.

Concierge services are top notch – always available to help.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great location of the development – close to Barbican / St. Pauls tube stations. Yet it is in a quiet space so you don’t hear noise at all. Could be more restaurants closer to the premise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cooling system in the apartment works really well although is quite expensive.

Overall good experience staying at barts square

The design is simple and classy. Minimalist style which is what I prefer. There is a cinema and lounge for the facilities at barts square; however I would prefer a gym or swimming pool. The building management is quite decent, however it doesn’t feel like they can help with personal requests which is the down side of it.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s a very quiet area, located in a nice location. Nice range of food options. The transportation is very convenient, walking distance to stations.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nice and quiet apartment with very convenient transportation nearby and good range of food options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are quite responsive; however when there’s an issue about the apartment, it took them weeks to send construction worker to fix it.
