Would always recommend Hayfield

Development is great, not too many houses and all the homes are quite different which makes the village look lovely. The design of the home is lovely and looks very expensive. Every finishing touch on the home is lovely and every detail was perfected.

Beautiful home, well designed with the great team to support the customer. I have had an amazing experience during my journey with Hayfield. The customer care was excellent and after sale care was extraordinary.

Good developer, but could be better with customer service

Hayfield has done a good job with design of the development, leaving a lot of open space when they could build more house. The house However had a lot of snags and took quite sometimes to resolve issues although this was during the pandemic.
The design of the house is good. Even the roads look great. The facilities around is very desirable. I will buy from Hayfield again.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There is a local pub, post office, playground and school and now a new bus service which is great. The space in which the developers have left is great. Lots of greens and open space.
Dislike the lack of cleaning from Hayfield, there is a lot of rubbish left on the road. On our walk we even found pieces of asbestos and even told them about it but 3 months later, they are still there very close to the playground!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good: location, amnesties, and open space.
Bad: loud nuisance church bell that rings for an hour every week, late evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, but usually with a lot of persistence and determination which at times is annoying as you just want to enjoy your new home.
