Excellent management and very prompt in addressing any maintanence issues in the property. Can get a car park slot for 50£ extra. No other aminities. Property manager and handiman are very helpful in fixing any sort of issues. I would highly recommend this property to my friends.

Very nice location, easy access to elizabeth line. Asda super store , Lidl and tesco express are at walkable distance. Lot of restaurants nearby. But the property is 15 minutes walk from the high street, which is both a pro and con. Good health habit of walking but the same gets difficult during winter.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was not aware of the gramaphone dog park adjacent to the appartment. On any fine summer evening , would be great to have a walk and some 15minutes at gramaphone dog park, making it a stress free relaxed day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, very prompt in addressing the issues. I had an issue in fully closing the windows, which was addressed with a relatively quick turn around time.
