The lifts keep breaking and theres only two lots of stairs. Narrow road on the estate, lack of local shop Any Non-urgent queries took longer to be resolved. The ground floor tends to smell like the bins around the back. The apartments are nicely decorated. However they do not have enough ventilation. There is a lot of building work all the time so is very noisy.

The facilities are nice and modern the apartment is lovely with the furnishing package and was defo worth it as a first time tenant and being young and having not a lot of furniture the roof top terrace is nice and night and get a nice view of the other buildings

The last few weeks there’s been events going on outside that has been noisy and waking me up in the day other than that quite and nice area

The dish washer didn’t work for 2-3 months so that was annoying

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always sorted it when we had a issue although took a while get dishwasher fixed

Management

The design of the building it self is very minimalistic but industrial which leave lots of the decoration to renter. The manager of the building is also very friendly and always wanting to help as well as being just a lively person to talk to if you need a friend, same with the cleaners in the building, always so friendly.

The location of the building is in the centre of town making everything easy access and only a walk away. Despite being in the centre of town, as its on the edge there isn’t much noise from all the clubs and pubs making a a quite place to live too

The rooms to rent are on the expensive side but it is a lovely and convient place to live for a student

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When originally putting the issue in with the management, they are quick to respond and find a solution to fix the issue

This building has a very modern feel about it. The big wall windows being a personal favourite of mine so I can easily watch the sunsets without considerable effort. I will say I had a few problems at the start where my bath wasn’t connected properly so it would flood my bathroom but it was quickly fixed when brought up to management!
