The development is beautiful! Although it’s taking a while to build! It would be nice to see more green space on the development and communal areas to sit/gather. I am looking forward to more being on the development such as shops and cafes. The feel of the development is friendly and homely.
Greenbank is a vibrant and fun place to live! The community have made me feel so welcome, there are street party’s in the summer, Christmas community events and pop up markets! Greenbank never fails to suprise me with it’s diversity
I wish I would have known more about buying more of my property and information on how to do this moving forward
Not great! No recognition for the mistake with the bathroom.
The design of my property is great and it’s finished to a really high standard. The kitchen and bathroom is beautiful and it was great moving into a brand new property with high quality appliances and finish. The rooms and garden feel really spacious. Although communication with the housing association can be slow and frustrating at times, all the maintenance staff who have attended to any issues have been friendly and completed work efficiently.
I love living on this area. There’s a great community feel with street parties in the summer, play out Sundays for kids and friendly neighbours. It’s not far from to commute to town and good transport links with the nearby train station and motorway access. Great independent shops, cafes and pubs nearby. I love easy access to the green spaces of St George’s park, Eastville Park and Greenbank Cemetery.
The neighbour is fantastic, I feel really at home here.
Yes, once the housing association has finally passed on any issues the service from the developer has been good.
The development is well organised and designed. Houses are super convenient. The facilities are coming in the future. At the moment it’s still under construction. Property management has been trying to support the tenants and residents, also consulting with the surrounding neighbours to manage the quality of life during the construction, which is quite a nice thing of them to do (should be a standard).
The area is full of small, local options – the Greenbank pub, Matter Wholefoods, Cafe Este, Cafe 5, Sweetmart (an institution!), Garden of Easton, Whitehall Tavern, Public Market… list goes on! They have excellent quality of food, drink, grocery options.
There is nothing in particular – the house is great to live in, neighbourhood and neighbours are amazing – it’s super.
The agency managing our rental place is extremely slow. There are still unresolved issues in the house after almost two years of living here.
We love living in The Chocolate Factory. It’s a brilliant mix of old & new and everyone that lives here is really warm & friendly. We aim to hold a street party every year and the neighbours are always around to help out. The houses feel spacious and there are lots of plants dotted around.
There are lots of great facilities in Easton and the surrounding areas, including parks, independent shops and a mix of pubs. There is also a great community feel locally; it is really multi cultural and feels really safe for families. Being right next to the cycle path is also a bonus.
It would take a while for the surrounding buildings to complete
Generally well, although we get the sense they’re really understaffed
