Relatively safe and quiet area

Someone broke into my flat and stole my bike but since then there have been cameras installed so security has improved.
The building is internally well maintained but sometimes the building management doesn’t respond to general problems as quickly as they could.

Its a quiet area with close transport links although the tube station is fairly far away

Nothing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Theyre difficult to get hold of and dont always meet residents needs

Clean and communal

I like the overall design, there is a great communal spirit, very clean and peaceful. Facilities are good although the management is difficult and fairly unresponsive. Didn’t take action upon many requests from the tenants.

Great area, quiet, clean and friendly. School is close and there are many parks nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Window curtain was broken and the management did not care, I wish we had known the management was awful – many items including new bikes have been stolen.

What is the best feature of your home:

Very spacious and large which is good value for money

Good building not the best management

The security in the building is lacking. Firstly, my roommates bike got stolen recently and I’ve heard of other break-ins happening to other residents. However the residents in the building are lovely and theres a real sense of community, especially as theres a lot of families living here.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is fairly lively without being too loud and theres lots of corner shops nearby as well as a big tesco and they’re open until late.

The lack of security

What is the best feature of your home:

The amount of space is perfect for two people living together

House needs to be worked on

It’s not build well, as the materials feel cheap and gets damaged very quickly. The apartment is okay, the size is good however the bathrooms are build badly and aren’t build to last.
Building management do not care.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I don’t like the area much because it’s increasing your getting dangerous and dirty. I do like that there is lots of parks and the transportation links. The schools and nurseries are also really good

Wish I knew about the disparity of council tax between different sides of the development

What is the best feature of your home:

That there is enough room for my children to have their own bedroom.
