No mice and it’s comfortable to live in and has a big family feel. The apartment is in a great condition and I feel great that there is no mold and everything feels very new and fresh. The apartment is a little pricey for me but worth it.

I only have been living here 3 months but I seem to like everything. I had 1 bedroom and it was very dirty when I moved in which was a real shame. The house feels like it was made for me with the design and layout.
Kitchen is a little smaller than I wanted and the Living room is on the top floor which is a little strange but I still love the property.

Building management is hit and miss something they aren’t always quick to respond. There has been issues like the blinds falling down, doors on cupboards and the automatic windows.
Wiring was faulty, but it was fixed.
We like how big and spacious is it for the price and we wanted something modern and newly renovated.

The building is really nice to live in, the whole building is quiet too. They are no disturbances within the flats or building overall. I’ve lived here for quite a while and it’s been really lovely. There’s nothing I’d change about it. The building had a lot of children too and it’s relatively safe to live in!
