Secured development close to town centre.

The location is absolutely great due to its proximity to town centre, train station, hospital and convenient for people driving in out of Reading as it is very close to the motorway A329. The building and parking are both secured.

Some one bed flats has small windows in bedroom.

What is the best feature of your home:

It gets ample amount of sunlight due to wide windows all along the two sides of the flat.

Pleasant place to live

This location is very close to town center and RBH. So it is very good for medical facilities. Also bus stop is very close so it is feasible to travel all areas. I like the facility provided by the development like cleaning etc. Its a pleasant and silent area with nearby shops.

Hanover house is one of good place where I have lived. Although rooms are quite smaller in size but it has very good design. I like the facility of cleaning, lift etc.

some times lifts are not working which put us on trouble

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Rooms are quite smaller in size so it would be great if it ahs some bigger size

Good property

The development is good but the 1 bedroom flats are very small especially the living and kitchen room. Also the exterior of the building could do with a fresh quote of paint. The current issue with cladding needs to be resolved quick as well.

Like – Very close to town
Dislike – Noise from traffic on main road

size of window in bedroom

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

size of window in bedroom is too small. It doesnt reflect in the drawings so i wish i had seen the size before and made decision

Ideal place to live if one wants to be closer to the town centre

The development is very nice and modern and is maintained very well. The property is very bright and airy, bedrooms are nice size , kitchen has all the modern appliances . There are two lifts in the building which are serviced quite well. Communal areas are maintained quite well.

The property is walking distance form the town centre and the train station. It is very well connected to M4.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cladding is not fire proof and also parking has been effected due to that fact but the good thing is it is getting changed soon.

What is the best feature of your home:

The bright and airy living room with so many windows , lots of sunshine coming in.
