Best residential place in reading

Location is great, with access to the nearby shopping centers and work places. The design of the building is very good. It stands amidst the busy London road and designed in such a way that can prevent the noises coming in. Property management is awesome as well. Really clean.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There are very good amenities available nearby which is very good. It had access to nearby parks, and churches.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The temperature control is really good and I didn’t expect it to be this way before moving in. Had good summers and winters

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Would really like a swimming pool and increased access to parking.

Hanover House a great living

The upkeep of the building is great, with recent cleaning and maintenance work provided the condition of the building is good. The extra locker facilities is great if you have no spare room in our flat and the post room is always kept tidy. The Bins / Recycling are emptied regularly and are hidden to prevent pest/ unnecessary odors. Overall the building is a good 8/10

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is perfect for city living with a short walk to the town centre and train station. Based along a busy main road there are frequent bus services to and from town. A perfect location for a busy working couple / individual.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The one thing that is of slight inconvenience is if you are facing the main road to expect a lot of noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have acted swiftly, the walls were painted in the lobby not so long ago

It is not the best place in Reading, but it is not the worst neither.

Flats are very small.
Fridge is very small.
Property managment is very poor, there are a lot of problems with lifts.
We can´t use most of the parking spaces since a couple of years.
Some times smells Marihuana on the aisles.
Area is a little bit noise due to ambulances going to hospital.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the area is close to city center but I dislike there are no amenities such us supermarkets, banks, stores.
Develolpment is close to hospital and college.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Issues with parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management it is not the most effective. The take to much time for fixing some issues
