The flat has everything we need and is modern with good quality furnishings
On-site staff are friendly and helpful
However The flats are way too hot in the summer and would benefit from A/C.
The windows are well insulated and reduces noise from outside but contributes to the heat. There is also an issue with seagulls roosting near by and are very loud.
Over all it is a great place to live
Excellent location and right in the heart of Bristol. Easy access to walks along the harbourside and local parks. 5 min walk into city centre shopping. Being close to the city centre can be noisy, particularly from the fire engine house nearby.
How hot the buildings get. Very uncomfortable to sleep in over summer
Yes, we had a leak in the ceiling which was resolved straight away. We have made complaints against other tenants smoking on balconies which is breaking their contracts but this hasn’t been addressed.
I love the design of the buildings and the location that they are situated in such an open space. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve made lots of friends with my neighbours and hope to stay here for a long time.
Apart from the weather, I like everything, great central location with easy to use facilities and transport links.
I would like to be able to have more room to sit in the outside area.
I really like how open and green the area is. I especially like the core of the river and the city I have from my balcony. I would like to see less building sites, but I’m sure in time I will and respect the work being done.
There are plenty of amenities nearby including shops and restaurants
I really like the facilities available, especially the option to use the common room. I’ve made lots of friends already from doing this. I’m also a big fan of the fact that it is dog friendly, as few in Bristol are.
I really like how close temple meads station is and how close it is to my work. I do sometimes find the area intimidating.
I wish I was informed about the boat parities and the poor work from security.
I really love how good all the appliances are and how open plan it is.
