Excellent place to live

The apartment is with full of cameras and security,I felt 100% safe inside apartment, it has separate work space in ground floor and party area and TV room to have fun with friends..what not all are included,they can include gym and supermarket in ground floor which will add more comfort.

It’s more convenient area to live with 3 tram stations near by, having all supermarkets in walkable distance Aldi,Tesco,most importantly football stadium is near by where you will not miss single match 🙂

Gym not there,rest all the necessary things are available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have provided dedicated website for the issues tracking and response time,it’s like another software company.

Modern living

The external of building is using heritage brick that matched the colour tone of surrounding environment. Residents can book the dining room and cinema studio for functions. There are also studying areas and leisure areas for your use if you feel bored at home. The property is managed by a managing company and a security officer is standby at the property entrance. You will feel safe there.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Living at No. 1 Old Trafford is amazing. It has a very convenient shopping city nearby, ie. White City Retail Park, which contains a lot of family household things you want to buy. M&S, Aldi, Homebargin, Currys, Bension for Beds, Costa, Nando’s and the other brand-named shops support your daily living. Transportation is very good. Tram station is about 1 minute from the building. Bus stops are also right out the premise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is not enough car park spaces beside the building. People need to park the cars nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

After storm Eunice damaged the front door of the premise, the managing company opened the carpark entrance for residents to use. It showed the building management is up to normal standard and meets the needs of residents. However, I hope the front door of property entrance can be replaced within two to three weeks so that it can reduce further accident for residents.

Good so far

The design is good though I wonder why cars can’t pass from the from. The facilities is not bad so far, this is my second month here so still observing, if they can open the elevator covering that covers the mirrors ..lol Building and property management is good so far

The good idea is it is close to the Manchester United stadium and I am a fan. The bad idea is it is a bit far from Piccadilly city centre

That I was on the 12th floor. When I applied they said 6th floor

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes so far all the questions asked they answered and all the problems brought up was resolved well
