Building management could be a little better, when I raise any issues via Flagship Housing the builder seems to take a while to look into/rectify problems. I had problems with lack of lagging on my heat pump pipes, and the issue wasn’t fixed for several months over the winter despite numerous requests.
I really like the design of the buildings, unique for new build properties and they stand out. My house also feels spacious even though it is a two bedroom semi.
Local shops within walking distance. Woodland area within walking distance. Easy to get into the city of you have a car, otherwise there is a regular bus. Only downside is availability of a bus late at night back from the city.
Living on my street is very pleasant, never had any problems.
Do your research on heat pumps!
The internal decor / fixtures / fittings are all very well thought out, would suit any taste.
