The development attracts a large influx of visitors daily, posing a significant safety risk. Unfortunately, Savills, the management company, has failed to adequately staff the security team, leaving residents vulnerable to potential security breaches. During events such as the recent Gumball 3000, non-residents managed to gain access to resident-only facilities, further compromising the safety and privacy of residents.
One particular facility that showcases this mismanagement is the paid playground, well-equipped but lacking measures to prioritize resident usage. Despite residents contributing to its maintenance, there are no mechanisms in place to ensure their priority access.
