The design is great and specification is better then all other apartments I saw with my budget. The building from the outside is stunning and really does come across as a landmark building. The facilities are useful, the gym is not the biggest but it does the job and flexible work space is great if I WFH.

The design of the building is great, very modern and the building and property management is top notch.
I believe the Royal Academy of Dance will have a big presence in the building which means that a restaurant and a coffee bar will open soon and it will be great for people.

Beautiful new-built building, well insulated from both noise and climate. Underground bike storage is much appreciated. Apartment interior is modern and well laid out. On the other hand, the building’s lifts and hot water have broken down on multiple occasions. These malfunctions get repaired quickly however.

The general feel of the development is great – again very friendly. The concierge are there to help and mostly proactive in doing so. The gym has new equipment and is kept to a good standard however verging on the small side when you go at a busy time. Meeting room and business lounge are a great addition.
