Annington reviews

“The flat is awesome. Everything is high class and modern. It is also so well designed and so spacious!! And it has lots of storage space. I could never imagine so anything else like this in London. I also got a large balcony with a stunning view.
Another great thing is pets are allowed. I am planning to bring my dog and my cat from Romania. It is just so nice living in a place like this as everyone can have their pets and the building is full of life.” – Verified Resident on Pinpoint

Good place

The sports centre for residents could be open longer as it is hard to go during the opening times. The fittings feel low quality, and we had to change a lot of the things in the flat ourselves. The flooring was not completed and we had to do it ourselves. The price was quite cheap and the size and design is good, practical with good storage. There’s allocated parking and a bike shed. There’s no need for a concierge service as we have the codes for flats.

Happy with the area overall. The metropolitan line is close

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the developer before moving in, but the area overall is nice.

Are there any facilities you would like added, or that you have but do not use:

Theres no need for a concierge service as we have the codes for flats.

Wonderful staff and a joy to live in

That said, there were a lot of positives for the area. Firstly, the management were always polite and prompt, and attempted (where they could) to help us with any issues we had. The location was great, and the flats themselves were clean and well insulated. Although there was some development going on in the surrounding areas, it’s understandable – the government dictate how much development needs to happen over a certain time period. Also, the church bells were lovely.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Our time spent living in our flat in Hampden House was usually pleasant and a joy. Although there were a few issues – such as inconsiderate neighbours, bins not being collected, etc. – that is to be expected from absolutely any property. Nowhere will be perfect.

All in all, we had a great experience there and were really sad to go, we wish Pinnpoint and their residents luck for the future.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The summers were quite hard to deal with, as the large windows bought in so much heat, making it feel like a sauna!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded to us promptly and professionally..

A great team of property management

The balcony door can add a door stopper that not closing automatically.
Maybe balcony door can design better like sliding door. Or not opening on the side so have better ventilation in summer.

The facing of the sunlight
We have too much sunlight in the room in the morning and less sunlight in the living room. Hope you can consider the Sun facing side to arrange the bedrooms and living room in the future planning.

The Leasing and Customer Service Associate, Chandni Gill and her team is so helpful in all aspect. They help me to rent a house smoothly and provide instant help to us. They are the asset of the property management

Nice area

There are green areas, trees, grass, park nearby. The build quality is not great, building management slow to respond but they have fixed the issues eventually. Bad customer service from building management. The development feels safe, enough street lights not too close to main road.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to london, close to uxbridge, access to lots in town

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We knew the area well so we had a good idea of how it would be to live here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

eventually, although they were very slow to respond
