Exceptional Experience

Exceptional place. The flat is spacious with large windows and lovely view of trees and beautiful houses. The flooring (parquet), furniture and appliances are of high standards. Very clean building and communal areas with security, maintenance and extremely friendly staff. There is a space for parcel lockers which is an advantage. What I found special about this place is that it is very quite due to perfect soundproofing, and is pet-friendly as well. There is a residents’ lounge which is very cozy and welcoming for study, reading, or a chat complemented with free coffee and tea. This beautiful experience overall comes with a reasonable rent and pre-installed services like Wifi router and smart utility meter.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Very nice and safe area with large student population. There are diverse stores and restaurants at a walking distance. Nice green areas, trees, and birds away from the noise of the city. Though the city centre is at short distance from this area. There is good number of bus stops directly outside the gate of my property which is an advantage, however the bus service (in Leeds in general) seems to be average to poor most of the time for being late or even canceled. Luckily the University of Leeds campus is 20 minutes away only (walking).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t know that I had the largest flat at the building, I felt lucky and definitely happy with my tenancy agreement. I only wish for two things to be available in the future, for the flat to be fitted with a microwave, and to have our own gym.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely friendly staff, approachable, and responds immediately to face-to-face inquiries, emails and maintenance requests (even before the tenant noticed and raised any concerns). They are so attentive to resident’s needs, safety, and comfort and always ready and willing to go the extra mile.

The development is a lovely space behind a main road with convenient access into town

The development is a lovely space behind a main road with convenient access into town. Despite its proximity to main roads, the development is completely quiet and a peaceful place to live. The outside spaces are incredibly well maintained and the buildings are always clean. Building management is fantastic, with rapid resolutions and any maintenance being dealt with promptly. The flat itself feels spacious and gets lots of daylight with the huge windows. Residents and management are all very friendly, making it a great place to live!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The property is located right next to a bus stop, making travel into the centre of town very straightforward. There is also quick access to Headingley shops as well as a 24hr Sainsbury’s meaning travel info town isn’t always necessary. Despite being near a main road, the property is completely quiet and residents are friendly and considerate with noise. The grounds are incredibly well maintained and there is rapid access to maintenance should any issues arise.

How to use the hob & oven, this was surprisingly difficult to figure out

Can’t fault it

Between our spacious flat, the residents lounge, having parcel management and knowing it’s gated and monitored by CCTV, I have absolutely no complaints. The convenience of having staff on site 5 days a week and a maintenance team able to assist within 15 minutes of submitting a request, I feel very fortunate to live here. The garden and grounds are well maintained and it’s always clean and tidy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The accessibility is perfect, you have a bus stop right at the entrance, shops are a 10 minute walk away, you can get into the Leeds city centre practically from your doorstep and Headingley is such a short distance away, I walk there most days for the shops, the post office, the restaurants, etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We weren’t aware there was a primary school right next door, between about 12:15 and 12:45 each afternoon you do hear quite a lot of screaming, and sometimes it’s like that at other points of the day too, but it’s really not an issue, I just tend to keep my windows closed during those periods.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve all been seen to and fixed pretty much the same day we requested them. Everything gets dealt with as soon as possible.

Calm area to live

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Headingly Park Residence and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The location of the Headingly Park Residence is also fantastic. Situated in a peaceful and picturesque neighborhood, it offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, it is still conveniently located near various amenities and attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

I also had the opportunity to dine at the on-site restaurant, and I must say, the food was exceptional. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, and each dish was expertly prepared and presented. The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting ambiance, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal.

That the building close to main road where I can hear a lot of traffic sounds
