Exchange Court Opinon

The building we are living in is in a great condition with highly efficient heating facilities leaving us with reasonable bills (very important nowadays). Property management is really good. They are really responsive and look after tenants and keep things up to date.

This area is far the best out of what we have seen for many aspects. Very good for shopping and transport and for easiness to get us to work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think there is nothing I wish I could know. We were positively surprised with our lovely neighbors after moving in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very swiftly, there as only one minor issue in the course of few months, resolved instntly.

Perfect place to Live

Building design is good, and all facilities are very good. Mainly we have transportation 24 hours. Close to high street market and many good schools.
Building on the main road so almost all the people roaming around, so good secure location. Good place to live and would recommend to all my friends.

This location is very close to East Croydon and West Croydon Rail Station and bus station and also 5 mins walk to Croydon high street.

I don’t think anything to know before, I recommend to other friends also.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond based on the priority and criticality of the problem and on time.

Brilliant apartment, excellent management. Affordable & Professional

I lived in 5th floor apartment for nearly 2 years and only left because of relocating for work.
The flat was brand new with high quality finishes.
Management is brilliant, attends on very short notice

Location is superb and stations are close by

Design is good and property is not fully furnished although that will be done upon request is what I believe. Building a management is not that great and I will say it’s only average, we have to follow up several times if we register a complaint with them.

We have a range of retail outlets like Tesco, co-op and sainsburys, Whig gift shopping centre and centrale all in 10 min walking distance. East Croydon station is just 8mins from here and so is west Croydon station and local market near to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Location is really good with all the required amenities at a walking stations , so we can manage without a car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have to follow up on most of the occasions but otherwise it’s all OK. So in short I will say the management can improve.
