Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very modern, and it’s just a short bus ride to Canary Wharf and Stratford. Everything I need is just a short bus ride away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team has been very responsive and supportive. They made the move very smooth.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management has shared a lot of supportive documents, but that can be overwhelming. Simplistic instructions will help. Thanks

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the building but the prices of hot water and heating are really high, there is no cafes around or bars etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not specifically like I still can t figure out the set up of british gas

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The windows that don t open, the prices of bills and that there are standing charges for the building, the prices of using the facilities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the area is great, it’s near to different bus stations and the DLR, so very good for commuting. Lots of local shops and fast food around the building, but not many nice restaurants/bars (for my tastes, of course). Anyway, in 15 minutes walk you’re in Canary Wharf which is a beautiful and completely new area, with lots of fancy pubs, bars and restaurants and I love going there to eat and drink something! The street is quite quiet and the traffic noise is not so loud, but sometimes the streets around are not so clean, unfortunately. There’s lot of parking available and some parks/green spaces quite near. Overall, my feedback is really positive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had a couple of problems (intercom and hot water) and they responded quickly and with a prompt solution!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just recommend to check if the position is good for commuting, but as mentioned it’s well connected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is very close to Canary Wharf shopping malls with lots of shops and restaurants. The Poplar area itself is still going through regeneration but it does not feel any different to other parts of London and feels relatively safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the response is very prompt and the team is very welcoming.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I did not know that it's a dog friendly housing and we've had a couple of issues with some neighbors. I hope it's changes for the better soon and the development remains as pleasant and clean as it's been designed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren’t many pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, that said Canary Wharf is a 15 minute walk away. Transport is convenient as we have the DLR around the corner which provides quick access to Stratford and Canary Wharf tube connections. Our street is quiet, clean and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’re always friendly and attentive - always going out of their way to help when help is needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s a ventilation system in the flats the controls for which are slightly obscure - I knew it exists but I only discovered the controls three months after moving in.
