The design of the building is very nice and living on the top floor is especially exciting, especially with the balcony space. The socials in the main reception are fun and and facilities such as the gym are great to use. Management are usually great with queries and respond quickly and the concierge is always around to tend to matters out of hours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fizzy Poplar is a great place to live, the connections to Canary Wharf and Central London are ideal. The park directly opposite my building is a lovely place for walks and fresh air. The local grocery store and gym downstairs are very convenient too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses to phone calls and emails and usually quick and efficient

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having the floor plan for the flat would've been ideal as experiencing it in real life is very different to watching on a video

Personally, I feel that Fizzy Poplar can be updated quite a bit. The carpets in the hallways are dirty and have an odor to them, the walls and doors need to be repainted, and air fresheners should be distributed throughout the halls and lobby. I enjoy that there is a residence gym located in our complex and it is just about 2 minutes walking distance from our lobby. However, this place would benefit from a concierge at the front desk. Not just at the Moro house location. Maintenance is good and comes when needed in a timely manner. It was a disappointment to learn that there was no co-working space or lounge area at this location. Overall, it could be cleaner and could use a few updates and additions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of shops, restaurants and bars in my area is below average. My surrounding area is up and coming and some of it looks broken down. I am not too happy about that. However, there are perks to my area such as, Bartlett Park, and a nice cafe located across the way at the end of the park. Transportation is within walking distance if you don't mind walking 7-15 minutes to bus or train. Overall, I would like there to be more stores and restaurants close by and the surrounding area needs to be cleaned up and rebuilt. It is an eye sore.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always responded quickly and provides an efficient solution to any issues that arise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had none more about the surrounding area (condition of living, lack of shops/restaurants, broken down housing).

Very quiet area near the park

The development is clean and they do a good job ensuring this. Everyday cleaners are vacuuming or mopping. The gym is nice but a bit small. It is a clean gym and additional conscience of local stores and dry cleaners right near by. Barbershop is also around the corner. Good location.

Very quiet area. Nice having the park near us. Easy access to the DLR which can bring you to the City of London. Canary Wharf is a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick when repairs need to be made. I also trust for maintenance to come in and make their fixes even when I’m not home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I moved internationally and it went well but wish I need the little things that was need for a international resident coming in.

It is an okay development it gets hot shockingly quickly , I recall the corridor feeling like a sauna and a property manager stating its normal when it wasn't at all. I also think that carpet should be fully removed, the fizzy hayes building doesn't have any carpet which helps greatly with the heat

Not a nice local area , canary wharf is lovely however as soon as you get into Poplar it can feel unsafe. There is all sorts of chaos at ridiculous hours of the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, the fizzy team are a lovely bunch and do respond
