Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s close to high street and major shops loke Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Lidl. Also close to the train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It most of the time takes a while for things to get addressed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lifts are not as spacious making it difficult to bring in furniture.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The tenement is in a fantastic location — just a short walk from the main Elizabeth Line station and several bus routes, making it easy to get around. It’s also conveniently close to a supermarket and the Exchange Gallery, which adds a nice cultural touch to the area. Overall, a great place to stay with everything you need nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive and helpful, addressing any issues quickly and efficiently with clear communication and a professional attitude.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how popular the area can get during peak hours, especially around the nearby station. It’s a lively neighbourhood, which is great, but can be busy at times. I’d also recommend getting to know the building management early—they’re very helpful and make settling in much easier.

Pleasant apartments, terrible common spaces in the middle of Ilford.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I can only write good things about the area, it is very close to Sainsbury's Supermarket, Iceland, Exchange Shopping Centre, Nurseryk, GP Practice etc...
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems in the apartment are handled within a reasonable time (not always professionally, but only casually), but they do not respond to common areas, cleanliness, and security issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There were no problems when moving in, the problems arose after the change of management. If you want quick and professional solutions to your problems, if you want clean and usable common areas, don't move here. But the apartments are great and the neighborhood is very livable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really good to near by shops and restaurants. Just 2 mins away from ilford station which connects directly to central london
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. Always quick to assist with problems and helped.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If you have friends coming over you need to go all way down to give them access to the building. It doesn’t have Morden features like giving access from your home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent transport link. Good Asian shopping but no good general shopping. Nearest good shopping is Westfield Stratford which is a journey by Elizabeth Line.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Received excellent customer service from Shift Property Manager, Sayeed. I mentioned to him about a minor fault with a curtain in our flat. Sayeed came up with me to the fiat and fixed that minor fault straight away. Thanks Sayeed for your help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very noisy traffic on the street. Most of the drivers coming into side street from the main road, going towards Sainsbury’s parking, do not indicate. This is a serious hazard for pedestrians trying to cross the road,
