Nice location and space. Good pricing for the house, but water quality can be improved but not a big deal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been supportive and quick.

We did not know we had to pay council tax, we were students.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location well connected with metro station nice local supermarkets and feels safe and quiet but the noise of traffic is major disadvantage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have consistently responded quickly and professionally, providing clear updates and resolving issues in a timely and reliable manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known a bit more about how sound travels in certain parts of the building, especially during busy hours. It isn’t a major issue, but it’s something you can only really notice once you’ve lived here for a while. I’d also recommend that new neighbours test the mobile signal in their apartment—coverage varies slightly depending on the floor and side of the building. Overall, these are small things, but they’re helpful to know in advance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport link. Good Asian shopping but no good general shopping. Nearest good shopping is Westfield Stratford which is a journey by Elizabeth Line.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Received excellent customer service from Shift Property Manager, Sayeed. I mentioned to him about a minor fault with a curtain in our flat. Sayeed came up with me to the fiat and fixed that minor fault straight away. Thanks Sayeed for your help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very noisy traffic on the street. Most of the drivers coming into side street from the main road, going towards Sainsbury’s parking, do not indicate. This is a serious hazard for pedestrians trying to cross the road,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a close proximity to a large number of local stores with a variety of country specific options around. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from the station and is surrounded by more than 8 bus stops within 5 minutes walkable distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and responsive team. They were always available to listen and take necessary actions.

Nothing really, the viewing wa so informative and the team explained each and every process clearly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its all positive aspect. Its an absolutely beautiful place to live with station just a 3 min walk and this building also has many facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they take this seriously and respond to the problems and also fix them on time

I knew almost everything and its perfect. I love the social gathering events.
